The Scale Factory (TSF) marked its 5th anniversary in style at The Stork rooftop bar in Andaz Singapore, bringing together 80 guests, including clients, staff, investors, advisors, and government partners. It was a fantastic evening to reflect on our journey and celebrate the incredible progress we’ve made since the company’s early days in Singapore.
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Lars Bjorge, highlighted key moments from TSF’s journey so far. Having supported over 38 companies in expanding across the Asia Pacific, the team has helped Clients build targeted go-to-market strategies and formed lasting Commercialization as a Service (CaaS) partnerships with many. These partnerships provide Clients with local expertise and a reliable commercial team, enabling them to confidently enter new markets.
Looking ahead, co-Founder and Managing Partner Pierre Martensen shared an inspiring vision for the next chapter of TSF. With a new office in the Nordics, we’re set to strengthen our European presence while continuing to support client growth in Asian markets. At the heart of this next phase is our commitment to building a strong team and working closely with clients to achieve shared success in key markets worldwide.
Our anniversary celebration was a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come and an inspiring preview of where we’re headed. As we continue to help Scale Ups across APAC and Europe we’re more motivated than ever to drive meaningful growth with our Clients. Here’s to the next chapter and the exciting opportunities ahead!
